I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and kept very clean, plus the bathroom setup is fantastic. The dining options are excellent with diverse selections, and the pools are beautiful and well-maintained. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic, and self-parking could be a hassle during busy times.

My stay at this hotel was quite the mixed bag. On the one hand, the grandeur of the lobby and the Christmas decorations were stunning, giving it a magical feel. However, the parking situation was frustratingly terrible. I spent way too much time walking from a far lot, and the rude attitude of the parking attendant certainly didn't help. The room itself was nothing special, and I was disappointed by how long the room service cart sat outside my door. Overall, it had its highlights, but the negatives just overshadowed the positives for me.
